The review report will include:

• Risk Level Tags: High risk (red), Medium risk (yellow), Low risk (green)
• Problem Clause Excerpts: Original text with problem descriptions
• Revision Suggestions: Specific revision proposals for each problematic clause
• Supplementary Suggestions: Protective clauses recommended to be added but missing from the contract
